As I discussed the other day, a lot goes into the needs of baseball players, and athletes in general for that matter, regarding their in season program. Included within those needs is the maintenance of flexibility levels in order to prevent over worked muscles from tightening up to a point which could hinder mechanics and increase the risk for injury.
With that in mind, I created the Post Throwing Stretching Manual for pitchers to utilize after throwing sessions and games.
